Building Innovative Solutions – Workforce Development Community Outreach

Barton Malow, Fayetteville Technical Community College, and ResCare will be hosting a Workforce Development Program Information Session on Monday, May 14th from 10am – 12pm at the Cumberland County Public Library in Fayetteville.

Barton Malow is committed to investing in the community in which we build, so that the impact of our projects goes beyond the brick and mortar.  We are excited about this collaboration with Fayetteville Tech and ResCare for the Workforce Development Program being implemented on the new Fayetteville Minor League Baseball Stadium & Entertainment Venue Project.

The Workforce Development Program will include an 8-week educational training course with on the job training, and upon graduation from the course, participants will be placed in full-time construction positions with trade contractors working for Barton Malow on the baseball project.   Barton Malow has been able to successfully implement similar programs in the past, and we are enthusiastic about the positive impact this program will have on the Fayetteville community.
